Ingredients
  1. 3-4 Free Range Chicken, chopped
  2. 1 Medium Cauliflower, "riced"
  3. 1 medium onion, chopped
  4. 2 Large Carrots, chopped
  5. 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  6. 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  7. 1 tsp sesame oil
  8. 1 tbsp coconut oil
  9. salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Roughly cut cauliflower into pieces and put into food processor. Pulse till you get pieces the size of rice.
  2. Heat oil in wok and stir-fry chicken, onion, and garlic till chicken is cooked. Add carrots and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add cauliflower and mix well. Add coconut aminos and sesame oil and cook till all is mixed well. Add Salt to taste.
